So There’s a FREE, Award-Winning Haunted House You Can Check Out This October in L.A.

The Sivley family in Santa Clarita have curated professional haunted attractions since 1971 and this upcoming Halloween is no exception, when the award-winning Beware the Dark Realm returns with their 2015 haunted house.

Based off a medieval castle, Beware the Dark Realm is a high intensity walk-through attraction complete with flickering torches, stone walls, torture chamber, three-dimensional ghosts, live scare actors and fire breathing creatures. The haunted house is also non-profit Halloween haunt helping to raise funds/food for the local Santa Clarita Food Pantry. In 2014 alone the haunt collected over one and a half tons of food for SCV Food Pantry.

Beginning the weekend of October 23, 2015, haunt enthusiasts can visit the horror attraction in Santa Clarita FREE with a one can donation to the Santa Clarita Valley Food Pantry.

Beware the Dark Realm will run, Friday October 23, Saturday October 24, Friday October 30, and Saturday October 31.

Admission is free with a one can donation to the SCV Food Pantry upon arrival. If you forget a can of food for your evening out, donations will be accepted until November 7.

A non-scare tour will be offered to younger children and adults that are interested in attending without getting scared. The non-scare tours run each night from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. After the tour, Beware the Dark Realm begins the nightly reign of terror from 7:00pm – 11:00pm.

Keep in mind the haunted house may not be appropriate for children under 10 years of age.
