5 Cherry Blossom Festivals You Can Check Out in L.A. This Spring

February 28, 2017 by Karin E. Baker

Los Angeles enjoyed a relatively wet winter after our years-long drought, so the coming springtime is shaping up to be our most beautiful in years. Experience the changing seasons and blooming, extra-lush nature while celebrating Japanese culture during Los Angeles’ cherry blossom festivals.

Several 2017 cherry blossom festivities are happening around the city over the next few weeks. Each has a different take on traditional Japanese and Japanese-American arts and entertainment.
