This Wednesday Bring Your Pooch to The 9th Annual Dog Day Afternoon in DTLA

DTLA is going to the dogs… but, you know, in a good way!

This Wednesday, July 8, Downtown Los Angeles residents and their dogs are invited to an evening of mingling, music, and pet-related vendor displays at the 9th annual Dog Day Afternoon.

There will be plenty of food and drink on hand for purchase including Dodger dogs and snacks, as well as a full bar & beverages by provided by Levy Restaurants.

The event is scheduled to take place from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.

Dogs Meet in Downtown Los Angeles

You can RSVP for free (required to attend) and see photos from the 2014 edition at downtownla.com.

Although any and all Angelenos are welcome to attend, the event organizers have asked that the event is intended for Downtown Los Angeles dogs. Dogs must be social and be on a leash.

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels is located at 555 W Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. Parking is $8 at The Cathedral parking lot.
