L.A. Zoo’s Sustainable Wine+Dinner Series Returns This Spring

The L.A. Zoo will showcase its commitment to conservation during the return of its annual Sustainable Wine+Dinner Series.
Taking place over four evenings from March through June, this series will highlight sustainability — from agriculture to food and wine production to wildlife conservation. Each evening features a conversation with a curator or keeper, up-close animal encounters, and wine introductions from winery representatives, along with a four-course farm-to-table dinner accompanied by wine from local vineyards.
Some details on the various dinners:
- March 22: “Dinner Digest,” featuring Fiddlehead Cellars (Lompoc) and L.A. Zoo Animal Keeper Kevin Gorowski at Ludden Plaza inside the Zoo’s Australian habitat
- April 27: “Raptors and Reptiles,” featuring Ramona Ranch Vineyard & Winery (Ramona), this dinner takes place on the Cambodia Terrace at Elephants of Asia
- May 31: “Native and Natural,” featuring Robert Hall Winery. Enjoy this dinner inside the Amazonian stilt house in the zoo’s Rainforest of the Americas area
- June 28: “For the Generations,” featuring Ancient Peaks Winery and taking place at Mahale Mountains, home to the Zoo’s multigenerational chimpanzee troop.
