For one night only there will be a famous fried chicken sandwich pop-up going down in the SVG.
Managing culinary director of Serious Eats, James Beard Award-nominated writer and now a New York Times Best Selling cookbook author, J. Kenji Lopez-Alt is the kind of guy you want to eat a fried chicken sandwich from.
Kenji will set up shop at restaurant Tasty Food to serve the his renowned fried chicken sandwich that Bloomberg News called “perfect.”
The sandwich is extra-crunchy, extra-moist, a little bit sweet, and a little bit spicy- a perfect balance of flavors (probably measured by science).
In addition to the food, Kenji will also be selling and signing his cookbook The Food Lab: Better Home Cooking Through Science.
