This $90 million dollar redesign took 15 months to complete and with it came some sleek design feature and exhibits.

While touring the bright, spacious interior guests will have a chance to view exhibits on auto history, Southern California automobile culture, vintage vehicles, Hollywood cars (hello Batmobile!) and more.

In addition to traditional exhibits the Petersen will feature an augmented reality experience for folks to test out (sweet!).

Expect more to come from the renovations, including a restaurant from the Drago brothers in the spring and a tour of the museum’s vault beginning in January.
