1. [11 a.m.] Check out LACMA’s latest exhibition, 3D: Double Vision an interactive exhibit that explores the art and illusion of 3D.

2. [5 p.m.Hangout at the Aquarium of the Pacific at night and see sharks, jellyfish and more in a different light! Happening multiple times this week. DISCOUNTED (via Goldstar)

3. [6:30 p.m.] There’s a free summer fitness series at taking place at Alta Vista Park in Redondo Beach with Zumba every Monday now till August 27. FREE

4. [7 p.m.] Write Club Los Angeles at the Bootleg Theater.

6. [7 p.m.] Start your week with a free Jam Session at the Ford Theatres. This week’s focus: Stepping (Fraternity/Sorority Style). FREE

7. [7 p.m.] E.P. & L.P. in West Hollywood continues their stylish cinema series Melrose Rooftop Theatre with a screening of Gladiator.

8. [7:30 p.m.Ficción en Español – a book club at The Last Bookstore.

4. [8:30 p.m.Pub trivia night at the Surly Goat in West Hollywood.

9. [9 p.m.] The Mint Jam: jazz, soul, and hip-hop every other Monday at The Mint on Pico.

10. [various] Ray’s & Stark Bar, located on the LACMA campus, offers Lobster & Rosé now till September 3. Executive Chef Fernando Darin has masterfully curated lobster dishes and paired them with Domaine de Cala rosé. Menu items include Lobster Salad, Lobster Fettuccine with burrata, and Wood-Fired Whole Lobster with corn on the cobb, potato salad and béarnaise sauce.
