Dinner & Story Series: ‘Animals, Embers & Green Things’ by Chef Royce Burke

Visit Eastown in Hollywood on April 26 for Animals, Embers & Green Things. Part of Feastown Collective’s Dinner & Story Series, Chef Royce Burke will offer up a casual “kamayan style” grilling event inspired by Argentinian asado… with a twist.
Chef Royce won first prize at the 2017 Los Angeles Times’ Food Bowl’s “Lechon Night” for his version of roasted pig. For this evening, he’ll pull from his personal palate of flavors from years of culinary experience preparing dishes from cultures including Chinese, Thai, Filipino, French, and German. You’ll dine on whole roast pig, grilled sea bass, fire-roasted veggies, roast chicken and more!
