The L.A. Times Festival of Books Returns to the USC Campus on April 9-10

The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books comes to the USC campus on April 9-10 for two full days of music, food, art, and cultural programming sure to engage guests of all ages.
Highlights for the weekend-long event include Noelle Carter interviewing Padma Lakshmi (LA Times Main Stage; April 9 at 1:20pm); a cooking demonstration with Matt Rodbard and special guest Chris Oh (Acura Cooking Stage; April 10 at 12:30pm); and Aaron Childs performing an R&B/Soul musical act (USC Stage, April 10 at 2:00pm). And that’s just for starters!
General admission to the festival is free, though some special events (such as Conversations) require a ‘free’ ticket that adds a $1 processing fee.
Other ticketed events will take place throughout the weekend including a talk with Carrie Brownstein, Arianna Huffington speaking at the LA Times Ideas Exchange, the 36th Annual Book Prizes, and the Festival After Dark (evening events which will be announced soon).
The festival will take place Saturday, April 9 (10:00am–6:00pm) and Sunday, April 10 (10:00am-5:00pm).
General ticket sales for these events begin at 10:00am at March 11.
