October 19 - November 18$7 – $12
Image via Skirball Cultural Center
Starting on Oct. 19, you are invited to explore an original exhibition based on the book of the same name by MSNBC reporter Irin Carmon and attorney Shana Knizhnik. Notorious RBG explores the life and career of Ruth Bader Ginsburg through a collection of contemporary art, archives, interactives, archival photographs and more.
Each gallery section will allude to a song by the Notorious B.I.G. as the name of the exhibit suggests, and will playfully bring out the similarities between the two. Writings by Ginsburg herself will be displayed throughout the space, showcasing some of her most prominent, and searing words.
This exhibit can be found at the Skirball Cultural Center until March 10. The museum is open from noon – 5 p.m. on weekdays, and 10 p.m. – 5 p.m. on weekends. Skirball is closed on Mondays, as well as Nov. 22 for Thanksgiving Day, and Dec. 25 for Christmas.
