Did you know there’s a full day dedicated to celebrating the legacy of brick-and-mortar record stores and the special role they play in their local communities?

In case you’re unfamiliar, April 22 marks the 10th annual Record Store Day with a full line-up of events. So what can you expect from this rock ‘n’ roll-filled day? Stop by your local record store to buy special limited-edition vinyl and other releases, and for a chance to meet, see, and hear your favorite artists.

There will also be cook-outs, body painting, parades and more, and St. Vincent has been selected as Record Store Day’s Ambassador for 2017.

If you’re not sure where your local record store is, use this neat store finder tool.

Just as a reminder, this event is free throughout L.A. and open to the public (with the exception of a few events).

At the time of publication, a schedule has not yet been released. However, check the event site below for further updates.
