Rooted in “creative recovery” and inspired by the regenerative legacy of George Washington Carver, the day features rhythmic drumming, grounding activities, and a powerful panel of Altadena leaders focused on community healing. Happy Birthday Marion! at Annenberg Beach House – FA > Step back into the shimmer of Old Hollywood this Sunday to celebrate the legendary silent-film star Marion Davies. The Annenberg Community Beach House is throwing a free birthday bash filled with vintage charm at the site of Davies’ former sprawling oceanfront estate. You can learn 1920s dance steps, catch an Art Deco fashion show, and enjoy live music from Janet Klein and her Parlor Boys.
