TOCApalooza – FA TP > This Saturday, the Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation will be hosting their annual TOCApalooza at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center. Expect plenty of family-friendly entertainment, including three stage sof live performances plus an art exhibition artist vendors, and a selection of food, beer and wine for purchase.
