Los Angeles Is Having a Huge ‘Museum Free-For-All’ on the Last Day of January

Posted by

Some of the biggest museums in SoCal will offer free general admission to the public on the final day in January as part of the 10th annual “Museums Free-For-All” program. Taking advantage of the free museums is the perfect way to wind down your day after you join us on our Hollywood Sign hike on the very same day. 😉

Keep in mind if you can’t make it out on the 31st there are bunch of museums in Los Angeles that are free all the time, or have special free days each month. Check out our handy list of free museums to see all the dates.

And if you can’t decide which free museums to visit, here are some of our favorites.

If you do plan to enjoy the free-for-all at the end of this month, a complete rundown of participating museums is listed below. A couple will be actually free on Feb. 1 instead of Jan. 31, as noted on the list. Also keep in mind that the Jan. 31 offer is good for general museum admission only and does not apply to specially ticketed exhibitions.

Enjoy the freeness!
