There’s a Huge Arcade Expo in SoCal This Weekend Featuring 800+ New & Classic Games

Calling all arcade lovers!

800 arcade games and pinball machines will be at your disposal for three days at the Museum of Pinball in Riverside this weekend for Arcade Expo 2.0.

Purchase a ticket and have access to a dizzying myriad of retro, rare and modern arcade games inside the museum and outside the 5 acre park. Appropriately named Starcade at Arcade Expo 2.0, gamers will have a chance to play under the stars and also during the day with their sunglasses on, al fresco style in cabana’s.

Two tournaments will take place during the arcade event that include a three-day pinball tournament (open qualifying and match play final rounds) and Kong Off 4.5 with Richie Knucklez a three-day Donkey Kong tournament, hosted by Richie Knucklez. Kong Off 4.5 is a head-to-head single-elimination bracket system with a the championship game on Sunday.

In addition to tournaments gamers can look forward to a Intellivision panel with Blue Sky Rangers, dedication to the Official Walter Day Trading Card Museum, VIP party with a buffet dinner that also includes access to a custom-made “The Getaway” pinball machine, a Project Pinball Pub Quiz, and an auction of over 80 retro pinball and arcade machines.

If all of the above is not enough for you, the expo will also offer tent camping at the Pinball Museum for $30 per night. Tickets to the Arcade Expo 2.0 range from $35 to $100.
