Exhibit Of Hollywood Costumes Returns To L.A. Showcasing Iconic Collection of Film Artifacts

Got a little film buff in you that needs some loving?

This fall the Victoria and Albert Museum, London and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences are presenting the final showing of the groundbreaking multimedia exhibition “Hollywood Costume” to be on display at the Wilshire May Company (future home of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures) starting Oct. 2nd and ending March 2nd, 2015.

The exhibit “explores the central role of costume design” in cinema and features feature more than 150 costumes from 60 different lenders (including the original ruby slippers from the Wizard of Oz), plus quotes and video interview with notable film legends such as Alfred Hitchcock, Martin Scorsese, and Quentin Tarantino.
