There’s a Big Mexican Food Fest Happening in DTLA This Saturday!

All-you-can-eat samples from top L.A. Mexican restaurant. Unlimited premium craft mezcal and tequila cocktails. A michelada beer garden.

The 5th Annual Taste of Mexico Food Festival & Mercado, the city’s premier celebration of Mexican cuisine and culture is back this Saturday, October 17th.

Enjoy unlimited food tastings and access to all-you-can-drink in top tequilas, mezcals, micheladas, agua fresca, Mexican beer and more!

Expect to sample dishes like calimari tacos from Guerrilla Tacos, mango aguachile from Cocina Condesa and a mezcal ice cream from Casa Oaxaca.

The list of participating vendors includes: Guelaguetza, Frida Tacos, Lotería Grill, Yuca’s, Casa Oaxaca, Pettycash, Guerrilla Tacos, Aqui es Texcoco, Chichen Itzá, Día de Los Puercos Food Truck, Ceviche Project, Coni’Seafood, Pez Cantina, Mexicali Taco & Company, Mr. Churro, La Monarca Bakery, and Artesana Ice Pops.

When you need a break from all the eating and drinking, explore the Taste of Mexico Mercado, a one day market showcasing local artisanal edibles, home goods and apparel.

On top of the food there will be live entertainment by A Poco No!, Jarocho Group Tenocelomeh, Metralleta de Oro DJ Collective, top cumbia and mariachi bands will keep the party going well into the night.

Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 6:00pm – 11:00pm

General Admission is 7:00pm-11:00pm and costs $65. VIP Hour & Early Admission is from 6:00pm-7:00pm and priced at $85

The VIP ticket gets you a dedicated VIP entrance, early tastings, VIP gift bag and collectible poster by acclaimed Artist Ernesto Yeren.
