Can’t afford the absurd cost and time effort involved with going to Coachella? Well, the great thing about Los Angeles is that there are always alternatives if you need to spend less money.
This year will be the 5th for the growing, local festival, which began humbly with just 400 event-goers to the Airliner in downtown L.A. back in 2011. The 2015 incarnation will feature 50 bands playing on four stages all at the budget price of $20.
There will be dog-friendly designated zones (Puppychella), food vendors, a mobile ink-printing station, and a ridiculous display of art installations, photography and paintings weaved into the massive event space.
Brokechella will go down on April 18, 2015 at 590 S Santa Fe Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles.
Check out the official website for more information and to purchase tickets ($20 for GA online and $25 if you wait to buy tickets at the door).
