1. [9 a.m.] The Sierra Madre Wistaria Festival offers a once-a-year chance to see the largest blossoming vine in the entire world. FREE

2. [9:30 a.m.L.A. Nature Fest comes to The Natural History Museum L.A. (NHMLA) March 17-18

3. [10 a.m.] The Smorgasburg L.A. Record Fair is every third Sunday of the month. FREE

4. [10:30 a.m.The Huntington Beach Cherry Blossom Festival returns for another year of flower appreciation, Japanese cultural activities and community fun. Highlights include a tea ceremony, live music from the River Academy of Music, classical Japanese dance, calligraphy, origami, face painting and craft booths. FREE

5. [11 a.m.]  PAC-MAN and Donkey Kong fans rejoice because the Arcade Expo is returning the Museum of Pinball in Banning from March 16-18 with some 1,100 retro and modern arcade games and pinball machines.

7. [noonThe Los Angeles Zine And Art Book Bazaar taking place March 16-18 hosts over 50 indie publishers to be discovered by Angelenos as well as workshops, live performances, psychic readings and astrology charting.

8. [noon] Head to the westside for the closing reception of L.A. Femme at Santa Monica’s Merchant Modern Gallery. The show features all-female artists and guests will enjoy wine tastings poured by certified sommelier and Vinovore owner, Coly Den Haan and local bites from Lori Stern and coffee from Canyon Coffee. FREE

9. [4 p.m.] As part of an ongoing 20th anniversary celebration The Getty Center will host a free Sounds of L.A. concert featuring Hermanos Herrera. Free tickets (available online) are required to attend. FREE
