1. [11 a.m.Flow + Flavor a “Silent” yoga session presented by ROW x Smorgasburg is a 75min “silent” yoga class, with Ashley Rideaux’s (lead teacher at YogaWorks) voice and blissful beats played on wireless LED headphones.
